The rental
I'm renting my heart. Its still a bit tender, but a good foundation is still there. The previous tennants were terrible. They tore down the walls and ripped up the carpeting. And the plumbing is the worst. For some reason they re-piped the water straight to my eyes. The idiots. Must have been some cruel joke. One tennant tried using duct tape to fix everything, But the adhesive rotted and left the edges still broken and now a bit rundown. One left it how it was and tried to use it as a half-way house. One even went so far as to demand that I fix it on my own. But the foundation is still there. All it needs is a good renter to help
